We accept most Anthem plans, except for the Anthem Medicare plan and Anthem EAP (Employee Assistance Program).  We accept UCSHIP.  If you have Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS), your mental health coverage could be managed by either Anthem Blue Cross or Blue Shield.  Therefore, please contact BCBS to verify that your mental health coverage is covered by Anthem Blue Cross.  Our services would be considered out-of-network, if you are covered by Blue Shield.

We accept the majority of Aetna plans, except for Aetna Medicare and Aetna EAP. 

We are out-of-network providers for any other major insurance companies. We provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
